Description:

Five-lot commercial development located in theOtay Mesa area of southern San Diego County, CA.  The five-acre site had been previously mass graded and approved for a Conditional Use Permit.

Scope of Services:

• Prepared a site grading plan with public and private sewer, water and reclaimed water. 
• Mapping services included reciprocal access easements. 
• Precise grading plans were prepared for each of the five lots. 
• A traffic signal modification was done for the light at Otay Mesa Road and Otay Mesa Center Road.
• Provided necessary technical studies and reports to achieve National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System compliance.

Each lot is being improved and developed individually.  Currently, only Lots 1 and 5 have been improved with buildings on-site.
