- Development agreement
- Community plan amendments
- Final map
- Improvement plans
- Grading plan for 26 individual lots varying in size (net 50 acres - pad area)
After sale of the property from the original owner to the site developer, SB&O provided the following services: - Construction support services
- Construction staking
- Preparation of a modified plan by Substantial Conformance Review with the City of San Diego to transform the project into 9 “super pads”
- Prepared related construction changes to accomplish the transformation to super pads.
