After sale of the property from the original owner to the site developer, SB&O provided the following services:

• Construction support services
   
• Construction staking
   
• Preparation of a modified plan by Substantial Conformance Review with the City of San Diego to transform the project into 9 “super pads”
   
• Prepared related construction changes to accomplish the transformation to super pads.
