 | Scope of Services – Phase I
Project scope consisted of retracement of existing Water Authority right-of-way and fee title documents, and limited boundary and cadastral surveys of adjoining parcels for approximately 14 miles of pipeline. Retracement of survey lines required extensive research of existing record maps, deeds and plans within the City and County of San Diego, public land system, Navy lands and Caltrans right-of-way for three freeway crossings.
Additional efforts included calculation of water line structures from record drawings and retracement of Water Authority survey control. Prepared survey plat to show existing right-of-way, adjoining subdivisions, existing above ground structures, existing Water Authority survey control, Global Positioning System (GPS) survey control (with grid coordinates) based on High Precision Geodetic Network (HPGN) North American Datum 83 (NAD83) and details showing comparison of easement of record with as-built field conditions. Plats were prepared at a scale of 1"=100'' conforming to Water Authority AutoCAD and Geographical Information System
Scope of Services – Phase II
Project scope consisted of monumenting the centerline of approximately 14 miles of pipeline and filing a Record of Survey with the County of San Diego. Additional services included preparation of corrective deeds for 23 existing parcels.
