Project Description
11.8 acre site consisting of six buildings and an administration/multi-purpose facility, adjacent play fields, and an on-site parking facility. The buildings cover approximately 60,000 square feet. The school will serve educational levels kindergarten through 5th grade. SB&O was responsible for adjacent off-site public improvements, on-site fine grading for the building complex, adjacent grass play fields and hard court areas together with a bus drop-off and on-site parking area. Also provided design for all storm drain, sewer and on-site water distribution systems. Survey efforts included setting boundary and topographic surveys, and construction staking. |
