Description:

This project was a two-phase, 23-acre light industrial business park located at Euclid Avenue (State Highway 83) and Edison Avenue. The project totaled 33 buildings consisting of 295,900 square feet of commercial / industrial space.

Scope of Services:

Civil Engineering services included preparation of a design review site plan, on-site precise grading and drainage plans, private sewer and water plans, a parcel map, and public street, sewer, water, reclaimed water, and streetlight plans.

Surveying services included an ALTA survey and construction staking.

Challenges & Achievements:

Successfully processed street and water improvement plans through Caltrans on schedule.
Designed the site to drain without the need for storm drain larger than 12 inches.
